Today in our house was 2 – 4 yr old boys & 2 – 6 yr old girls… I thought I would be pulling my hair out…but it wasnt the case.
I ended up spending a bit of time in the kitchen. Morning tea. Lunch. Icing biscuits. Snacks. So while tinkering around I made a start on making my first batch of fried rice.
Rice in the steam cooker & cooled in the freezer.
Fried onions garlic & bacon
Mixed frozen veggies with sliced beans added
2 eggs mixed with milk, whisked and fried
Once everything was cooked I placed them in with the rice and back into the frying pan.
I added normal soy, sweet soy, sweet chilli sauce, salt & pepper…
Some where in the day dinner got sorted.
Whats your secret to a good fried rice?
