Meal Planning Monday Week 3

Today was not the day it was meant to be – so over the next day I will add the recipes for the meals in this plan that have been cooked, incase you would like to give them a go.

Toasted ham, cheese, tomato, avocado sandwiches

BBQ Chicken Curry with rice, beans & broccoli(recipe to follow)

Roast Lamb with Potato bake & veggies(recipe to follow)

Steamed Fish with Ginger, chilli & shallots with home made chips and eggs (recipe to follow)

Chinese Takeaway – was bad tonight – is much nicer when you eat in – but we just wanted to be at home

Beef Stirfry with noodles 

Fresh Prawn roll
