Tomato, ricotta, spinach, pepperoni Pasta Bake

 Very simple and quick meal for dinner with what was in the cupboard

 

  

  • 1 jar – Leggos Pasta Bake Tomato Ricotta Spinach 575g 
  • 1 packet of sliced pizza pepperoni sliced in halves
  • 1 large scoop of garlic
  • 1 onion diced fine
  • 3 cups of shell pasta

 

In the electric frypan cook on low onion, galic and pepperoni until soft

Cook pasta until soft, drain and add to pan

Add sauce from jar

Stir until all ingredients have mixed together

Pour into an ovenproof dish, add cheese on top

Bake at 200c for 20 minutes
